You can find Chef Carmella teaching cooking classes at the Villages Health Spas in Scottsdale and Phoenix, cooking demo dinners for international appliances companies, designing private dinners for NASCAR Bluegreen vacations, leading showroom cooking events for interior design centers throughout the Valley, New York and Atlanta, and more.
A New York native, Carmella's Italian roots shine through in her cooking and style, and her love for other cultures and cuisines. Carmella has traveled far and wide, and has lived in Michigan and Hawaii, among other places, before settling in Arizona. She is the proud mother of three grown children, four grandchildren, and an incredible friend to many.
